Phone number & OTP
Register with a valid Ethiopian mobile (+251). We send a one-time code to verify your number before you continue.
Profile, face photo & ID
Add your legal name, set a password, upload a clear face photo for your courier profile, and submit the ID type and document images the app requests.
Fayda (rolling out)
National ID checks through Fayda are wired into the platform. Depending on your rollout, this may be optional today or required later—the courier app tells you exactly what applies.
Vehicle or standard mode
Register a bike, motorcycle, car, or another supported class with the plates and documents your category requires—including a vehicle photo when needed—or choose no vehicle for standard mode using public transport and walking, without motor paperwork.
Admin approval
Our team reviews your profile, ID, and either your registered vehicle or your no-vehicle standard choice before your account can be matched to paid jobs.
Go online, nearby requests
Once approved, mark yourself available. Couriers who are online and eligible can receive nearby delivery offers from the matching system—accept what fits your route.
Vehicle categories and required fields follow your selected class (for example plates and registration for motorcycles and cars). Standard mode registers you without a vehicle record so you are not asked for motor paperwork—approval still applies before you can take jobs.
